I have very little confidence of an investigation taking place except possibly by the press as ASIC just sits on their hands with penny stocks and seems to let them run on their own rules.
The AGM will do nothing as votes can only be taken on the advertised motions. All the BOD will do is say what they want you to hear and bluff around the edges
This company now needs a new BOD to confirm exactly what they own and what they don't own and then sort out any full ownership issues as well as carry out a full audit not only of stock but also all financial matters within this company. There is to many different owners with different percentages of ownership in each and every lease MUS has. I feel that there is also persons within MUS that I believe are just flaunting the law as has been done before and are willing to let CJ take the fall while they make the money from larger rubies and higher quality rubies that have not been declared as found.
