Meaning, if you change a law or do something that disadvantages their corporations or financial interests they will take the strongest actions necessary including invasion, occupation and war. Not forgetting sending in their banking clan to destroy a currency or smash their markets and send the government broke by claiming a huge amount of bonds all at once.

As said by a famous man said "The US does not have allies, it has interests and uses its military to carry out foreign policy.

And this wonderful saying. "Soldiers are just dumb animals to be use to carry out foreign policy."

You are partially right, yes US will take full strength only if you are several sizes smaller (than them), they by no means will not take action if you are size of Russia, China etc. Bullies are natural cowards that's in the bible, my friend!
