As an editor in a former life, I'd never get anything done if I stopped to post a correction to every typo or grammar mistake I saw in a humour forum image! LOL!

As well as who's/whose, the most common errors I see are:
they're/there/their
its/it's
were/we're
to/too
loose/lose
where/were
weather/whether/wether
using 'that' instead of 'who' when referring to people
and ... the one that pisses me off the most on HC ... using plural verbs for company actions (e.g. the company are making progress should be the company is making progress ) because the word company is a collective noun (e.g. committee, army, team), and collective nouns are always singular.
