Serious value again with this stock. I am happy to buy quality European Shopping Centres at up to a 60% discount to NAV. The weakness in the Euro is not helping. Over the last two years assets have been sold off and the gearing is around 48% with Long Term Debt so the risk is much lower than during the Covid lockdown
