This seems to be a pretty big stuff up for any listed company, let alone one listed on both Euronext and ASX.
Where is the please explain from ASX on the whole lack of a decent announcement? Both company officeholders and the ASX executive are paid the big bickies to execute governance at the highest level and can't even supervise the basics?
Management presumably more focused on their own remuneration.
