as you know I like buying good LICs at a good discount. While there a a few good LICs none are at a decent discount. I also think total return is more important than yield, and I only look at it.
If you are not invested, have a look at TGG, GVF for international funds. Both are trading at a discount for different reasons which are probably temprary. I would also be interested in SNC, CAM, CYA, MVT if the discounts were greater. If you understand market neutral, WMK is pretty cheap as well.
These are purely my opinions and I have investments in many other LICS which I bought at larger discounts (20%+).
