not sure where u got 400m issued shares from ? currently there are about 80m shares on issue and about 10m unlisted oppies , reconstruction of shares from over 400m ( 10 to 1) occured in march 2010 to 40m and there have been share placements since then to get to 80m shares rougly.
both iron ore projects will have outstanding potential probably will have mkt cap of $1b plus very soon
