    Oil is here to stay above $40 US barrel - with President bush and CIA stating that the US is on alert for terror alerts and more terror stirkes expected in iraq as the handover to power comes up - rising china demand. Other oil producers facing shortfalls in production (venzula and nigeria etc.)

    So HDR should continue to benefit.
