Suggesting that the absense of a statement to date from Morgan Stanley implies that there has been "no apparent progress" is, of course, unsupported by any facts... just conjecture on your part. As for Unilife making comments mid-process, I prefer to wait until they have something definitive to report. If I am still holding my position at this level (and I am), I don't seek or need upbeat spin.... the facts, when ready, will do fine.
