It is possible that negotiations with IBML have been going on for some time and an agreement could not be reached, so MNM went to China Success as a circuit breaker.

Perhaps then IBML saw their opportunity to list and be a large Australian gold producer slipping away and decided to come back to the negotiating table(?)

Anyway, I think it can only be a positive outcome for both partners and I look forward with a great deal of optimism to where this will take the company and its shareholders.
