IMHO Norton will go ahead. They are well positioned with Avanti who will be completing the operational side as a joint venture partner (10%). So no need to bring in any support (at a cost) to get the product ready for shipment.
I do however ponder how the structure will remain where we have entered into a JV with Avanti and are now taking on a partner in IBML.
Time will tell. But I would rather not have to hypothesise, rather read it via an announcement from the company. Although I haven't been displeased with the current announcements so if they are taking a little bit longer to get it right and make me happy, I'm content with that.
