I do not think the JV with Avanti will be an issue.
Avanti will still own 10% as per JV and MNM/IBML will own the rest.
Does anyone know much about IBML copper assets in Namibia? I had a look at the IBML website and seems like IBML has a pretty serious/large Copper resource which "MAY" be worth some money LT when copper prices rise?
Seems they have a few issues with regards to the big copper assets which hopefully gets sorted.
I like the idea that MNM has Coal, Gold and more Copper. Very diversified with CASH.......
Not many small Caps out there with this many economic projects and about 50% of Market cap in cash and some Accumulated losses to offset profits in the future when Norton and MCO producing.
dyor I am excited.....We needed something to happen and I think this Merger will be a win win for everyone.
Lets get our resources out of the ground and hope the commodity prices move the right way
