Could we have approached a bank for a few mil to get norton going??
The 1 - 12 dilution hurts a bit, it would be ok if I received shares for nothing, however I've paid for every one, the first yrs ago at 8c. I'll be lucky if the SP goes to 10c after the dilution.
We just seem to be focusing on CR's and 'deals' rather than following through on the one project. Why commit to morningstar when we are struggling to get the one cash flow project into production. This then forced us to look for a deal such as this to fund (just) the purchase. We certainly were not in the best position when the negotiations were done, hence the 12/1.
That's my rant for the time been.
