Last thing- if you are prepared to invest 16.5 million for 55 percent share. Do you do this to break even???

I assume they think Mnm is worth way way more because they want to profit at the lowest possible risk.

If I invested 16.5 million I would be hoping to make 100 million in the mid, long term.

If I didn't expect to make 5 times my money I would just sit on the cash and retire.
