A lot of you are missing a fundamental shift in the markets. This is an outright oil play, at this very time. Institutional money won't pay a premium, let alone fair value for these types of companies. Look at what markets are investing in, it certainly isn't these types of companies.
Some shares are constantly at a premium as they are literally a premium brand or green etc. The same happens at the other end of the market. Do you think this stock is just randomly being missed by all the big money? No.
For those of you who keep saying this is undervalued. You are using an old framework to value it when times have shifted. You won't get fair value, unless there is a major fundamental shift on how BPT operates.
