when Kerry stokes started investing in Boral the share price were around $3.50 he gradually increased his stake and towards the end he was paying nearly $7.00.
in terms of beach he needs another $600 million to increase his stake to %51 and to make compulsory acquisition he needs to keep buying to get %100 .by the same logic bpt share price should be $2.50 .
in 2022 Santos is making alot of divestment as result of merging with oil search so they should have alot of cash to acquire beach.
so I believe $2.50 or $2.70 is reasonable transaction.
