Part of the selloff is the dividend being priced in, part is the overall global market slight selloff. Oil is up and rising beyond US$100 for Brent Crude (which if sustained for the long term) will cause a global market crash (all orchestrated of course). The pre-organised hyper-inflation will catapult this SP short term. So this thing is a simple buy at these prices. No argument.
