WTI OIL UP a massive 9.02%.BRENT OIL UP to $106.93.NATURAL GAS up 19.9cents and that is on top of yesterdays 17 cents up. DOW UP 417.66, S&P 500 UP 53.81,NASDAQ up 178.23.
