I wouldn't think there is a takeover in the offing. If there was an attempt RFN it would be for about $2.00 (30% of current price) and that would be taking the mick.
In any event just because some one does make a bid it is not a fait accompli and can be rejected many times. Ultimately it is the board that allows the takeover to go ahead by recommendation not the bidder.
So if there is a company willing to dole out the cssh or script then the figure would need to have at least a 3 in front of it.
