I agree with your sentiments. When I look at the current share price I can only think how ridiculously cheap BPT is at the moment. If anyone was thinking to launch a TO now would be the time. I don't think there would be a 3 in front of it, but you never know. I would imagine $2.25 to $2.75. Of course this is pure speculation.
