Whilst we as shareholders want to be rightly kept up to date with our company. Directors, management etc have to be careful as to what they can and cannot say, meaning they can not give us any information for which the market is not already informed. Whilst it's substance we all want. Any substance would quite possibly be inside information.
In my opinion, the company is long over due to issue an updated announcement stating where they are up to with finalising the long awaited acquisition.
