ANZ do not want this to go to court. It is that simple.
If creditors vote against the proposal there is only one option.
ANZ WILL HAVE TO INCREASE THE OFFER.
The problem we have is that IMF and S&G will have no interest in an increased offer from ANZ. SO they are not likely to advise their clients to reject the offer. They will take their $8 million and run.
