WR has been MD for almost two years - he came in promising he would be Mr. Infrastructure...I'm not sure if he promised he was Mr. deal maker, but he sure ain't that.

What happened about the China trip? Do we have a marketing manager who needed his hand held by WR or is it vice versa? In either event...why did they take the trip at all? I thought UBS were going to be in charge of this area....once again there is no clarity about who si doing what & what is happening.

Two years ago it was the height of the resources boom & quality senior staff were almost impossible to find. There must be some ex Rio or a BHP exec floating around who we could poach to run the show. Marillana deserves a better shot a coming to market than what is happening.
