The major investors will take up their allocation. Straits conversion of loan to equity increased the base enabling the major holders to acquire more throught their options. I suspect that some retail option holders will lapse....maybe up to 50% such that MGL mAy have around 850 to 900 million shares instead of 1.1 billion.

I converted my options so that the cash went to the development of the new cast house and processing plant in china. Once options are gone, I have to buy from the other equity holders instead of company. There re two scenarios pst 4 jan. one..option holders convert and sell, keeping price down....so I can acquire more. R two options lapse and price slowly rises again without overhang....remember this company generates cash already.
