I'm still convinced he jumped ship. His cred was in the toilet. If he was pushed, who did the pushing ? Certainly not the shareholders. He was reelected with a huge majority and I doubt the other directors had the nuts to send him packing. After all, they were as much responsible as AM for the fiasco.
They all had a vote in running of vil, why give him the heave-hoe?
