One of the issues that has not impressed me on the SDL threads is that when someone expresses a legitimate opinion such as the one expressed recently by Pandev regarding the 18 months of uncertainty (calamity to some), it is not just their opinion which is criticised. Their whole investment strategy is given the treatment (and usually more). There seems to have been orchestrated ganging up on the SDL threads.

I think the main issue that comes out of this takeover is that in future there should be a regulation that requires solid evidence of financing before a bid can be launched, so that retail shareholders do not have to put up with the BS that we have endured. And the BS comments from the orchestra.
