Agree 100%. Hanlong should have been MADE to prove financing prior to making an offer for SDL. What they have done to the SH of SDL borders on criminal in my view.

The SH of SDL have virtually been held to ransom by Howlong and SDL as a potential investment / story whatever you want to call it as its has been stuck in park for 18 months now.

Thats why I eventually sold my shares and moved on....I just got tired of the BS and the uncertainty around this whole mess and honestly thats what its been...one big mess.

A good lesson for small caps should be "be careful who you get into bed with" as in this case I personally feel Hanlong has virtually halved SDL's value.

I would never get involved with another small cap that even smelled like Hanlong was part of the plan.
