    reading this paragraph again, I agree that this must refer to the second FMCG.
    As to why the term Strategic Alliance is left out could trigger some thought.


    The orignal FMCG again is not mentioned which either marks a signicant ann in the making or test results which were unfavourable. But how likely is this after 3 years testing?
