Everyone talks about food; various diets; veganism and the list goes on. What about giving your body a rest from food.
Have you tried fasting, if you have, what is your experience?
For me, it works. If I'm at home then I won't have dinner; If I'm out and have a choice, I'll avoid meat. It wasn't easy at first but your body will adjust if you can get over those hunger pangs.
Fasting works for me, I find it a much simpler solution and my energy levels, strangely, are higher. Do you have any other fasting suggestions?
