Yes I did before this Sumboodeh, loved cheese way too much.
As for breakfast ..... I don't eat it and never really have as I am not hungry.
Now I fast from say 10pm to 3pm and then have a large plate of fresh chopped veg, then later
salmon salad, Aldi low carb bread, raw nuts, an egg and small piece of cheese..... and naughty wine...
must work on that.
