Oh, nutmeg I forget to use. Should get me some proper nutmeg and grate it myself. I added blue cheese to take my cauliflower soup to greater heights of Yum. Yes, I knew you ate only once per day. And drink a lot. And go to bed when the bird are getting up. By drinking so much water, you wash all the vitamins out of your body and those minerals, maybe the calories as well, and the oil and fats. I need to go to be in bed by 11 pm as in right about now otherwise will not be able to get up the staircase as too tired.
