That's the thing Benny that is the biggest difference between many of the bulls and bears on this site. I like many others that are bullish about property are looking to invest for the long term, while those that are bearish are more interested in trading on short term information. Holding long term most of the risk goes away, but if you get it wrong with a shorter term time frame it will cost you money!
