Oh I see hobo-jo , It could of been read either way and I read it the wrong way .
It did get me thinking about how some people could invest without taking a substantial risk to their capital though . Education was the first thing that sprung to mind . Developing a part time business was another . Hedging property by short term rental is another [which I mentioned yesterday ] cheers and good luck with the speccies .
