I, being interested in my investment accepted the takeover state...

I, being interested in my investment accepted the takeover state as I thought it better than the situation that existed. Then talk of a “no” vote, the phone call, large positions then being taken in the company was of much interest, and then the likelihood (or otherwise) of a higher offer by MIN being (obviously) welcome.
Something that does concern me is how well (or otherwise) would AGO deal with moving forward should MIN be pushed to a point at which they ‘walk away’.
I would be very interested in reading the members opinions on the points mentioned.
