i believe a no vote or MIN waling away would be the best possible outcome for long term shareholder, however everything is situational. A new BOD that steering the ship into diversification of lithium, copper and gold and has been talked about for the last 12-24 months would see a new and improved AGO.

The offer has been made right before we got to see any results of the DSO of lithium and was made at an opportunistic time when the share price was at a low, coming off a high of 4 cents. that alone was getting my no vote.

in accounting tax credits are an asset and weren't mentioned in the offer price which are worth $500m. that makes a fair offer price around the 9 cent mark. try adding 50% to that and you get a an offer of 13.5 cents.

even at 13.5 cents i would vote no. i believe AGO has great potential to do better than that in the next 5-10 years under a proactive, hardworking BOD.

short midterm investors or shareholders that got in above 2.5cents are probably happy to get out as soon as possible. i originally got in at 3 cents, shares went down to $0.009 so i bought more shares making my average purchase 1.5cents.

as regards to the outcome, no matter what happens im on a winner with AGO but wish i could share my excitement about a being a long term share holder in a little aussie battler company called Atlas.
