KW1 have you noticed that over the last few months every time the overhang looks like being reduced, some smarty jumps in with another sell order that brings the overhang back?
Cannot for the life of me figure this out.
Of course it could be just putting in large sell orders at very high and unachievable prices to manipulate the SP into a constantly depressed state, so allowing the manipulator to pick up POH cheaply. A very cheap (costs $0) way of driving a share down.
But I am just a cynic.
