My email to Donaco was gazumped by the ASX price query anyway but I did get a prompt reply from Ben Reichel, see below.

You may have seen our response to the ASX price query today.  The share price movement seems to have been driven by some ill-informed speculation about possible tax changes in Vietnam.

The good bit from today's price query is that there seems not to be any skeletons in the closet. One heck of a lot of people this past week would have bought in and ended up in losing positions, apart from previous holders. So any recovery is going to run into a lot of resistance levels as people sell into any rises to try and get their money back.

The volume turnover this week is already  21M compared with the weekly average of 6.7M. So it suggests it will be a while as this sorts itself out. After a lot of wavering I held and topped up to boot which I hope turns out to be a good decision. I feel a bit more relaxed after the price query response.

However the reaction to the rising price after the trading halt suggests that there is still some work to do to get whomever is giving DNA a hard time off of our collective backs and DNA holds at 74 cents which is a critical support level from the low in July this year.
