    I seriously doubt the proposed tax law changes had anything to do with this trading farce the last 2 days.
    The changes are not even a big deal and if anything helps DNA with the lowering of corporate taxes.
    Anyways, just read that half of casino gamblers in Cambodia come from Vietnam. Could this be the reason for the drop in price? If people from vietnam can gamble in Vietnam, then they wont need to go to Cambodia, hence a negative impact on the proposed acquisition?
