It seemms they are now at 'panick station'. Last presentation mr big honcho(NOT!) advised he'll be disappointed if contracts are not finalised by year end. Wonder why? I'd guess they've been put on notice by the governments that if they don't make their funding and operation timelines, they're gonners. End of year the 18 months would virtually have run out and now they come up with any sort of scheme to try and entice someone in.

Big Honcho(NOT) says 3 years to build the rail- thats it!-and the project must be structured around that timeframe.
Do you think these bright sparks had thought about concluding two contractors to start building the rail from both ends - thereby cutting the 3year timeline down to 18 months. I think not.

The guy has got to go. His incompetence has cost investors ten of millions.
