I find that business plan hard to understand.

GCN's announcements say that they have captured more than a million viewers, but they tell the AGM that they don't propose to advertise until they get more?

I can think of media outlets that would give their eye teeth for more than a million viewers.

Did they say how many more they need before they start (actually recommence) advertising? I say 'recommence' because they did have a little commercial advertising earlier in 2011.
