No question imo NZ. The unnamed drug getting first billing and monepantel at least 50% of the questions. Is guesswork because of the log scale, but I can get from 99% effective (80/8000) to 95% (80/1600) worst case

As to speed, found a bit contradictory although ... but almost immediately for approved drugs. For drugs that have been approved for another purpose, they could equally go into clinical trials almost immediately.
