All very positive - but my dissonance is with the narration at the 48+ minute mark - that went something like this:
...We ran 10 tritations in two Dubs to assess compound hits
... we are looking for compounds not acting against target
... all hits were active in USP21 and this is a red flag on the hits to date
... this indicates the hits are assay interfering which is disappointing
... there are another 12000 compounds to test ...

I don't fully understand all of that, but it implied the data discussed on the results to date hasn't found a compound.
That does not gel with what I think is happening with MPL, but as I say, I was hoping they'd be saying we have found x number of promising compounds to take further.
I understand they can't identify them, but I thought the question by someone called Michael E was bang on - asking Dr P about his statement regards MPL.
