Can someone check my figures - I always thought DGR traded ~50% to net assets, but I just ran the numbers and I get:
11.06% of SOLG = 40.6 M
21.97% of AJQ = 7 M
22.03% of IRR = 6.74 M
16.73% DHR = 1.17M
call ANW ~330k...
This comes out at about 55 M, vs a current market cap of 47 M: Doesn't this just seem about fair value? Have I missed anything? No way they could sell their holdings for the current SP of the subs, so taking ~20% off seems fair. Adding into the mix they seem to be having cashflow issues, is anyone still arguing that they are undervalued?
Which of the subs are turning a profit at the moment? Seriously is it any?
I'm staying well out for now but was surprised to check back and find this situation.
