I challenged him on the quantum of his remuneration being ten times the amount of NTLs mum and dad shareholders and twice as much as my local GP and no return to shareholders and no capital gain on shares. Then having the gaul to seek further capital from shareholders to support his life style.
He replied to say he can understand shareholders frustration at getting the mine up to production. He and his family interests had participated in all the capital raisings apart from the last when he took a 20% reduction in his remuneration and has never sold down his or his family’s holding. Invited me to ring to discuss which I may do
