OMG this is just propoganda and punishment of certain ant establishment individuals....
Of the Panama papers the focus is on :
Iceland PM - yes, this is the country that jails bankers - no surprise they want to take him down and replace with a 'friendly' PM - this is just another, less bloody 'colour revolution'
Jack Chan - anti establishment - can't have hollywood actors becoming too influencial now - see

And some BRICS countries - Putins aide (2billion) and some folks in Brazil, and China.....can't have BRICS becoming too powerful.

Everyone else is pretty much NOT named, including the 800 Aussies ....

I mean no US individual named at all? No Europeans? No Tony Blair etc.........
