    My concern all the way along has been that shareholders receive a GRAM offer 20-25% higher than VWAP for past 30 days or so and get bought out cheaply. I won't sell and I hope that is the case for the majority.GRAM could sell their holding and walk away ,but in my opinion, that is highly unlikely.
