Here Here Druidic i think we can assume that MMK want out, I think i recall reading that the could extend the deadline by mutual agreement as well as kill it off.So by FMS or whoever instigating this proceeding i think its safe to assume that MMK dont want to extend deadline. And thus want out of the deal.
