We don't want a court order to freeze them, we want one to take ownership of them and distribute them to FMS holders to the value of the shares they hold to complete the SIA process. I expect it would be one FMG share for every 16 FMS shares held.
I just wrote to Allan Bulman as well, indicating my support for a panel to be formed to try and sort out this embarrassing farce.
