...but then again Citi would have no quarms about funding arms deals in that part of the world so what would you expect. At least they miss out on their success fee...
Come on Alan at the Panel....make the call so at least MMK can be put in an Aussie court for once....ordered to proceed with the T/O (which we know they will renig on and then be in a world of damages pain and injuncting of any local MMK assets (FMG stake).
