Current price seems to be holding nicely at the moment which is fantastic to see (Touch wood lol)
As of 30th Jan 2014 asx notice for Our cornerstone investor and recently appointed director; AG Jenks' interest in the company is stated as 33,635,200 shares
And I think this figure doesn't even include the options he has/had and other shares that are registered in a diff name/account on the top 20. So figure is likely higher than 33.635million
Hell of a lot of confidence there wouldn't you say? So obviously a lot of confidence and a lot at stake here
He held extract resources, he's getting mates on board here, maybe some influence in recent appointments too, why do all this unless you want to set this up for strong growth into the future over the medium to long term????
Why the directors hold so many shares/ options when they don't have to???
At Friday's closing price of $0.135c the above Jenks' shares are already worth $4,540,752 dollars!
And to my knowledge, and the markets' knowledge none are sold yet at all.
None taken off the table yet.
At 20c will be worth $6.72 million
At 30c will be worth $10million
Some might say I'm dreaming of these prices, I do not.
It will be very interesting to see when/if he sells any and how many units he is willing to sell.
Good on him, imo we're so lucky to have him on board here
How I would love to have 33mil+ shares in this....
